Refund and Exchange Policy
Our refund and exchange policy is very simple:
- You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days after you receive your item(s).
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All tickets must be attached. The courier will not accept items that are not neatly folded and returned in their original state.
- If your item qualifies the above two criteria, then we will definitely exchange or refund your items very easily.
- A shipping fee will be paid to the courier upon receiving your return or exchange. Please note that this fee goes to the shipping company and not our entity.
